• Unpaid orders are not reserved.

• Please ensure that shipping and contact details are correct upon checkout.
• DAXFIGZ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming or unreleased items.

Pre-Order Terms

• Down payment or full payment may be required.
• Pre-order cancellations are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
• Estimated arrival dates (ETAs) are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are subject to change.

Delays

DAXFIGZ is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or customs. By placing a pre-order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

 

Payment Policy

• Failure to settle remaining balances on pre-orders may result in order forfeiture.
• Payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
